Keep your system of record. Add Specset to the workflow.

Connect Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Specset brings the live project context into every review, then returns the response and deliverable where your team already works.

01 · Submittal workflow

Put the review in the approval path.

A submitted package can arrive from Procore or Autodesk Build, trigger a Specset review, and return a mapped approver response without rebuilding the workflow in another system.

The project team keeps its submittal log. Specset handles the review step and sends the result back.
02 · Project record

Sync the records the work depends on.

Native records move both ways where the platform supports it. Specs and drawings enter through synced source files, then publish back as organized sections, sheets, and revisions.

03 · Sync controls

Choose what moves. Choose which way.

Configure each project independently. Poll on a schedule, pull changes on demand, limit create and update scopes, and decide exactly when Specset may push results back.

01

Inbound creates or updates the Specset record from the connected platform.

02

Outbound returns changes only for the record types and scopes you enable.

03

Review automation can be limited to the part of the submittal queue you choose.

The control plane mirrors the product: direction, scope, and automation are explicit per project.
04 · Connections

Connect the platforms already on the project.

Start with one project mapping. Keep the team in its current tools while Specset reads, reviews, and returns structured work.
