Program, or project licenses?

The shape of your work picks the plan.

Both are flat and annual, and plenty of firms use both.

Program fits when…

  • Work arrives as task orders, on-call assignments, or capital-program engagements
  • You run dozens of engagements at once
  • Document sets vary widely in size
  • You bill fees for services, not construction value

Project licenses fit when…

  • You run the full construction phase of a few large, discrete projects
  • Value-band pricing matches the job: from $4,000 per $50M of project value per year
  • A register-heavy project needs its own pooled review allowance

Common questions

What counts as an engagement?

An engagement counts when document processing begins, and its unit price is set by the size of its document set. Draft and stored engagements are free, and sets over 1,000 sheets are scoped and agreed before processing.

What happens above our committed volume?

Growth is pre-priced: your unit rates are locked for the term, and volume above your committed minimums is trued up quarterly at those same locked rates. Nothing is ever metered by surprise, and minimums are sized together at signing.

Do you charge per user?

Never. The Program base covers unlimited users across your whole firm and your clients' teams. We price the work, not the people.

Can we mix Program and project licenses?

Yes, and many firms should: Program for the on-call book, plus a value-band license for the one big project where you run the full construction phase. It all lands in one quote.

Price it yourself

Price your program in two minutes.

Three numbers you already know, one flat annual quote.

Committed volumes reset annually. A counted engagement covers one document set; sets over 1,000 sheets are scoped before processing. Implementation and enterprise services beyond standard onboarding are quoted separately. Pricing is subject to final scope and agreement; rates lock for your term. Specset never applies automatic usage overages.
