Each facility covers one complete as-built record: specifications, drawings, approved submittals, and O&M documents. Exceptionally large record sets are confirmed before ingestion begins. Implementation and enterprise services beyond standard onboarding (SSO configuration, data migration, custom automation) are quoted separately. Pricing is subject to final scope and agreement. Specset never applies automatic usage overages.
